Took a little drive with my boy Justin Kase Conder up to the charming town of Lebanon, PA for a Strobist meetup at Bill Simone’s killer studio. Justing brought along his Nav device so I received directions from a hot, Australian accented computer on the way up to PA…too cool.
Bill Simone was incredibly generous the whole day, letting myself and others pick his brain for several hours, and he even fed the group. I walked away with so many little studio lighting nuggets that will help me kick-start by artificial lighting journey. Short light, broad light, feathering….good stuff indeed.
I wish I had photos from the day but unfortunately, I was too busy asking a ton of questions and listening…oh well, next time.
